Sonoco ANZ's Graphics & Pre-Media division, Sonoco Trident, is the world’s fastest growing and most innovative digital brand management business. Artwork Management

Using world-class technology, we create more than 350,000 digital artworks annually, in 143 languages, for every part of the world. All day, every day we bring calm to the chaos of sourcing, assembling, using and re-using data for the packaging of hundreds of the world’s most purchased brands and tens of thousands of variants of these products. The skills of our experienced art staff enhance the precision and discipline of our automated workflows. They apply their expertise to produce beautiful artwork to meet clients’ exact needs.

Print & colour 

Accuracy and consistency of print and colour are vital to retain a powerful, global brand. That’s why our print liaison team works closely with printers on every single job to ensure quality, consistency and the most cost-effective print solution for our customers. We work with more than 2,000 printers around the world and truly understand what is possible to print. We refine concept designs to be print-ready, thereby achieving optimum production quality.

Quality control

We are dedicated to quality in everything we do. Quality control is an integral part of every step of the artwork management process and we have a fully dedicated global team of Quality Controllers who work to meet and exceed client needs. Our technology, skilled artists and deep customer and brand knowledge enable us to deliver industry-leading rates of artwork that is client-approved the first time, saving customers time and money on costly errors and re-working. 

Zen online workflow management system

The backbone of our business, Zen is the world’s most sophisticated, intelligent and integrated brand artwork and workflow management system. It has 10,000 users worldwide – our staff, our customers and their suppliers – and links seamlessly with a multitude of client systems. Zen achieves an astonishing level of automation from source graphics and data. It automates workflows to maximise speed to market, quality and accuracy. With our technology and processes, we take the client from new product concept to printed packaging with total control, discipline and efficiency - without stifling the creative process. Zen is constantly developed and evolved by our world-class software development team to support our clients’ needs and enable us stay ahead of the game, together.
